Dentures & Partials in Las Vegas.

Tooth Replacement

Full and partial dentures custom fitted for comfort, so you can enjoy meals, conversation and your smile with confidence.

Why look into today's dentures?

Missing teeth can make chewing and speaking more difficult. Over time, your face can also lose support and start to look hollow.

Modern dentures fit more comfortably and look more natural than they used to. Whether you need a few teeth or a whole arch, we help you choose what works for you.

Denture Options

Choices made to fit your mouth and your daily life.

Complete (Full) Dentures

Used when every tooth in the upper or lower arch is gone. A gum-toned base rests on your gums and holds a full row of teeth, bringing back your bite and support for your face.

Replaces an entire arch of teeth

Gives support to your lips and cheeks

Teeth selected to look natural on you

Partial Dentures

When some healthy teeth remain, a partial fills in the spaces. The replacement teeth are set in a gum-toned base that clips to your own teeth. It also helps stop your remaining teeth from shifting.

Fits around the healthy teeth you have

Comes out for simple cleaning

Helps hold your other teeth in place

Implant-Retained Dentures

Often called snap-in dentures. The denture attaches to a few implants placed in the jaw. It slips and clicks far less, and many people find they can stop using denture adhesive.

Steadier fit for easier chewing

Implants help reduce jawbone loss

Adhesive usually not needed

Common Questions

How long until new dentures feel normal?

It is common for new dentures to feel bulky or strange for the first few weeks. Some sore spots or extra saliva are normal as your mouth adjusts. Begin with soft foods in small bites, and try reading aloud to practice speaking. Most people settle in within a few weeks.

How long can dentures last?

Dentures usually last 5 to 10 years with proper care. Because your gums and jaw slowly change shape, a denture can become loose. We can reline it (refit the underside) or make a new one to restore a good fit.

What's the best way to clean dentures?

Brush them daily with a soft denture brush and a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner. Regular toothpaste can leave scratches. At night, soak them in water or a mild denture solution so they stay moist and keep their shape.

Do I need dental visits if I wear full dentures?

Yes. Checkups still matter without natural teeth. We look at your gums for signs of disease or oral cancer, make sure your dentures fit well, and clean off plaque and tartar.

Is it okay to sleep in my dentures?

Once in a while is fine, but it is best to remove them overnight. This lets your gums rest after a full day of pressure and helps prevent fungal infections and bacteria from building up.
